As the owner of Studioplay®, I am often asked to contribute ideas about designing new corporate identities, logos and websites. When Helen came to me for her client CRO Forum's project, I knew this would be a great challenge.
During our first session, I quickly noticed that it was important to really get to the heart of their story. That's why I asked a lot of questions and led the conversation in such a way that we could find the right words and images together. For me, it is crucial that we understand what a customer wants to convey, so that we can translate this into a visually strong identity.
When I finally presented my mood boards, I saw that the customer was immediately enthusiastic. It was special to sit down with them at the table, talk about the different creative directions, and make those visual ideas tangible. The paper mood boards were in front of us, which made for an open and inspiring discussion.
Helen was also pleased with my approach. She told me that she liked how I brought in my experience, and that I was able to get to the core of the brand in an innovative way. The best compliment, of course, was that the customer was satisfied. That reflected on Helen, and that's what I do it for.
At Studioplay, it's ultimately about more than just design. It's about creating an identity that truly resonates with the customer and their target group. The project with CRO Forum was another great example of how this collaboration can lead to a strong result.
