The images used in studioplay® moodboards are intended solely for internal purposes, specifically to support the creative process and guide the development of concepts and visual identities. These images serve as inspiration for discussing potential styles, color schemes, and visual approaches. However, they are not used in any official designs, communications, or publications of studioplay® or in the final brand identities we develop for our clients unless explicit permission has been obtained from the rightful owners.
When creating moodboards, it is important to understand that the images may come from various sources, such as stock photos, online platforms, and other public visual databases. These images are meant to illustrate ideas and are not intended to be directly incorporated into final designs or official publications. Once a brand identity is finalized, studioplay® only uses materials for which the appropriate licenses have been obtained, or images provided by the client that they own the rights to.
studioplay® cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of images in moodboards, as long as they are solely used for internal discussion and concept development. For all official designs and publications, studioplay® ensures that the necessary rights, licenses, and approvals are secured before any materials are used. This policy ensures that all final visual elements fully comply with applicable copyright and legal requirements. If images from moodboards are to be included in a final design, studioplay® will first seek permission from the copyright holders and arrange any required licenses or fees in consultation with the client.
