Collaboration and Approach
Urban Sync brought Timpan and StudioPlay® together, with the aim of realising a convincing tender. StudioPlay® worked closely with the consortium, including Ouwehand Construction & Development, AW Group, Faro Architects, ZUS and other partners. The agency developed mood boards, icons and illustrations that translated abstract values such as sustainability and community building into recognisable and accessible images. This visual elaboration emphasized both the vision of the project and the quality of life for future residents.
Results and Impact
The tender was successfully won thanks to the coherent visual identity and human dimension that StudioPlay® added with icons and illustrations. The creative approach made the project tangible and convincing for the jury. This success strengthened the position of Urban Sync, Timpan and StudioPlay® in future area developments and underlined the power of co-creation within a broad consortium.
