tender fortunapark
Reason
Urban Sync played a crucial role in establishing the collaboration between Timpan and Studioplay®. Urban Sync, as an experienced partner in placemaking and community building, recognized Studioplay®'s potential to develop a unique visual identity for the tender. They presented Studioplay® to Timpan as the ideal party to provide support in shaping the identity and presentation of the project. In this tender, various parties worked together, including Ouwehand Construction & Development, AW Group, Faro Architects, ZUS [Zones Urbaines Sensibles], Juli Development, Merosch, Interregio Group, KuiperCompagnons, Sweco and Area of People.
Goal
With the help of Studioplay®, the goal was to submit a compelling tender that would communicate the project's vision in a visually appealing and coherent way. The identity of the design had to be clear, with an eye for the future residents and the unique features of the project. In addition to developing the visual identity, Studioplay® was asked to create icons, icons and illustrations that presented future residents and their living environment in an accessible way.
Process
Urban Sync brought Timpane and Studioplay® together, leading to a close collaboration. Studioplay® then worked on the visual elaboration of the tender, paying special attention to the development of mood boards, icons, and illustrations of the future residents. This made it possible to translate abstract project values, such as sustainability and community building, into visual concepts that would appeal to the tender jury.
The illustrations and icons helped to convey the project's intended diversity and quality of life in a concrete and recognisable way. By closely aligning the visual identity with the input of all parties involved, Studioplay® managed to tell a strong, coherent and compelling story that highlighted the strength of the project.
Winner of the Tender
Thanks to the cooperation between Urban Sync, Timpan, and Studioplay®, the tender was successfully won. The visual identity, including the icons and illustrations developed by Studioplay®, gave the tender a distinctive and human dimension that convinced the client. The consortium, led by Timpan, presented a winning proposal that not only reflected the vision of the project, but also emphasized the quality of life and well-being of future residents.
Outcome
The introduction of Studioplay® by Urban Sync proved to be a decisive factor in the success of the tender. The strong visual identity and storytelling made the project tangible and attractive to the jury. This cooperation resulted in a successful tender win, in which the expertise of all parties involved came into their own. This success has not only led to the implementation of the project, but also to a strengthening of the position of Urban Sync, Timpan and Studioplay® in future developments.
