Background Helen's customer, CRO Forum, faced the challenge of developing a new corporate identity, including a new logo, website and various means of communication. After seeing the impressive portfolio of Tim, Helen's colleague, she decided to request a quote.
Process
1. Request for a quote: Helen submitted a quote request to Tim, based on her colleague's recommendation and Tim's promising portfolio.
2. First Session Tim organized a first session with Helen and the CRO Forum team to thoroughly understand customer demand. He led a discussion in which he delved deeply into the words and images that could suit the customer.
3. Moodboard Presentation: After exploring customer demand, Tim presented mood boards to Helen and her client. He explained in detail how he arrived at these proposals, making the process and choices clear. This presentation resulted in effective collaboration and discussion about the different directions.
4. Creative Session with the Customer: Tim sat at the drawing board with Helen and her client, using the paper mood boards as a guide. This created an interactive and inspiring environment for an in-depth conversation about the different directions and choices.
Outcome Thanks to Tim's innovative approach, deep experience, and ability to understand the essence of the brand, he was able to create a strong brand identity for CRO Forum. The result was well received by the customer, which not only reflected their satisfaction, but also reflected positively on Helen. The new corporate identity, logo and other communication tools were effective tools for conveying the desired brand message.
“Tim's proposal to invite the corporate client to the drawing board proved to be a hit.”
